Lens rentals are awesome. It's so nice to be able to use a lens for a week to try it out before buying it or not buying it. This week I rented the Canon 100mm f/2.8 Macro lens. Overall it was ok, it definitely will not be the next lens I buy though. The lens is great for macro shots, like the rings below. I'm not impressed with the portraits it took because the depth of field wasn't as low as I like it to be. Check out some of the pictures below to see what the 100mm 2.8 can do!
